A word of caution... always carefully check the reference
of any contractor you are considering.

It is difficult to find adequate words to express our thanks and gratitude for all that you have done for us.  We so appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity in providing the backsplash trim in the kitchen and bath as a house warming gift to us.  Your consideration and attention to detail is making sure everything else was done exactly as we wanted, and your patience in kindly putting up with our phone calls, questions, and complaints.  It will never be forgotten.

It Has been a pleasure and a joy to work with you!  We love our home and will always be indebted to your for bringing it to completion.  Lucky were we the day we found your name on a "Legacy" sign.

It was certainly a please to see you again Sunday.  Glad to hear that you are doing well.  Sue and I have walked through at least a half-dozen homes that you have constructed, and the craftsmanship of everyone has always impress me.  However, I believe the home we toured Sunday places you in the "master builder" category.  It really reveals the attention to detail that you and your crew pay attention to during construction.  Just remarkable!  I really like that floor plan, too.  It felt and looked "cherry".  However, I was surprised that you opted to use stone on the front-exterior rather than polar-white brick.
