 My
father, Howard Espenschied, was a versatile man in the industry.
He started his experience back in the mid 1900's after returning
from World War II. He was one of the most honest,
hardworking men, and taught me at a very early age about hammer
and nails.
I can remember him giving me a piece of board, hammer and nails,
of course when I would miss and hit my finger, he was there to
make it better and teach me how to do it the right way.
Throughout his life time, I worked by my father's side doing
many building projects which included plumbing, electric and
concrete.
In 1994, as Project Manager, created a $1.5 million project of
approximately 80,000 square feet for the
largest indoor showroom for manufactured housing.
The renovations included reconstruction of the facilities,
waterfalls, balcony offices, landscaping, warehouses and the
final detail finishing touches.
With the desire to continue in my father's footsteps, I created
Legacy Quality Custom Homes, LLC and put the same
honesty and hard work into each home and build it as if were my
own.
