Building Your Home
You have made the decision to build a custom home, now what?
Legacy Quality Custom Homes is your partner who
can provide the knowledge and experience that custom
homebuilding requires. We are focused on giving you the
attention, service and quality that you deserve when building
your custom home.
Before you begin thinking about grading and framing and floor
plans, consider the definition of the simple verb: to build.
One of the primary meanings is "to develop according to a
systematic plan, by a definite process."
Choose a floor
plan
There are 1000's of floor plans to choose from. All of
these can be reconfigured to what you envision as your new home.
If you don't have a floor plan we will sit with you and design
your home.
Select a lot
Building on a lot will determine the square footage of your
home. When you find a lot you would like to build on, we
will layout the home so that you can see and determine if this
lot is right for you.
Secure Financing
Determine how much you want to borrow, at what rate, and for how
long. Your lending institution will guide you through the
documentation needed.
The Building Process
The square footage of a home will determine the amount of
construction time.
During the past few weeks, you've made many
significant decisions. You have settled where you want to
live, chosen the type of home you want and need, and selected
the thoughtful details that will make this home distinctly
yours. The good news is that it's time for you to relax
and know that your home will be built by some of the best
construction professionals in the business.
